Job Duties:
The full-time, on-site role for a General Manager oversees daily operations, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, and execute business strategies. General Managers are responsible for maintaining inventory, handling financial operations, implementing marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager will also be in charge of training and mentoring team members to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
The specific responsibilities of an General Manager include but are not limited to the following:
o Training and Coaching Team Members
o Hiring New Team Members
o Biannual Mentoring
o Inventory Management
o Financial Reconciliation
o Operational Organization and Improvements
o Maintaining Location Cleanliness
o Payroll Reporting
o Upholding all Health Code standards
o Scheduling
o Shift Efficiencies
o Marketing Organization & Execution
o And more.....
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a preferred
Requirements: Include but are not limited to:
- Must be able to stand and multi-task in fast pace environment for shift duration
- Position requires bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Foster an environment of teamwork
- Position requires driving to get inventory, go to the bank, etc. with your own vehicle
- Are responsible for your commute to and from each location you are managing, however drives for store related tasks (inventory, bank, etc.) will be reimbursed
