Group Supervisor

Group Supervisors provide general supervision and knowledge of policies and procedures and licensing requirements within the program and supervised staff.  The Group Supervisor provides independent judgment and authority on a daily basis through direction and supervision of both students and staff.  Group Supervisor provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the staff’s needs and development, as well as, youth’s needs; monitor and document behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities.  Group Supervisors also evaluate and develop staff and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each employees’ development plan and each youth's treatment plan.
