JOB SUMMARY The Food Service Associate delivers an exceptional dining experience by providing prompt, friendly, and attentive table service to all guests. This role greets guests, takes and delivers food and beverage orders, processes payments accurately, and ensures each table receives consistent, high‑quality service throughout the visit. The Food Service Associate maintains a clean and organized work environment, completes required side work, supports responsible alcohol service, and assists teammates as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The position upholds all regulatory, departmental, and company policies while promoting the service culture, values, and Code of Commitment of Caesars Entertainment.
