Position Overview The Leave of Absence Administrator is responsible for administering and coordinating all company leave of absence programs in accordance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as internal policies. This role will manage the entire LOA process — from employee intake to return-to-work — providing clear communication, documentation, and support at every step.
