This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of payroll and accounting operations within a fast-growing biotechnology environment. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes while also supporting general ledger accounting, equity administration, and financial reporting activities. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain precise financial records in a highly regulated, SOX-compliant setting. You will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless compensation, benefits, and equity workflows.
