Plumbing Services Manager

The Plumbing Services Manager is responsible for leading customer engagement, project execution, and business growth across plumbing and septic services, where applicable. This role collaborates closely with the General Manager to drive operational performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. 

The Plumbing Services Manager is also responsible for leading and developing a team of plumbers, including apprentices and journeymen, while driving overall team performance and service delivery. This role oversees the development of service agreements for both new and existing customers, provides ongoing coaching and leadership to team members, and is accountable for performance management, including addressing performance concerns and administering disciplinary actions as needed.
