This individual is tasked with the stewardship of data across the entire organization and various domains, ensuring that master data rules are meticulously followed and implemented. Their responsibilities extend far beyond mere data management; they drive, inform, and support the organization on data-related issues and spearhead the transformation towards becoming data-driven.

How you’ll make an impact

• Promoting Data: The Data Steward is responsible for promoting data literacy across all levels of the organization. This involves training programs, workshops, and regular communication to ensure that everyone understands the importance of data
• Leveraging Advanced Analytics: The Data Steward works closely with data scientists and analysts to utilize tools such as machine learning, AI, and big data analytics to extract valuable insights from the organization's data
• Data Governance and Security: The Data Steward establishes and oversees this framework, ensuring that data policies comply with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Data Quality Issues: The Data Steward must implement robust data quality management practices to address these issues. 
• Integration of Data Systems: The Data Steward needs to be heading and creating a cohesive data strategy. This integration can be complex and requires careful planning and execution.
• Scalability of Data Operations: The Data Steward must ensure that data operations can scale effectively to meet increasing demands without compromising on quality or performance

Your background

• Experience in Data Management: Proven track record in managing data governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices. 
• Formal IT Certification: Possession of relevant IT certifications to demonstrate technical proficiency and knowledge. 
• Cross-Domain Expertise: Ability to tackle data quality issues, integrate disparate data systems, and scale data operations effectively. 
• HVDC Experience: Previous experience with HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) systems is highly desirable. 
• Visionary Leadership: Demonstrated capability to harness the power of data to drive organizational success and innovation.
