Technical Lead – 7+ Years Experience
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise across backend engineering, frontend development, cloud-native architectures, DevOps, and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, guide engineering best practices, and drive endtoend solution delivery. This role combines deep technical expertise with the ability to mentor teams, design scalable systems, and ensure highquality implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of large-scale, cloud-native solutions across backend, frontend, and integration layers.
Provide hands-on guidance in building APIs, microservices, front-end components, and AI-driven capabilities.
Collaborate with architects, product managers, and engineering teams to define technical direction, solution architecture, and coding standards.
Review designs, code, and workflows to ensure quality, performance, and security.
Own technical delivery, resolve blockers, and ensure bestpractice implementations across the development lifecycle.
Mentor and support engineers across backend, frontend, cloud, and AI workstreams.
Oversee CI/CD, observability, and operational readiness for all releases.
Core Technical Skills
Backend Engineering -Python, FastAPI, SQL/NoSQL, ORMs, API security (OAuth2/JWT/RBAC), microservices & eventdriven design.
Cloud (Azure) - App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, Blob Storage, Key Vault, API Management.
DevOps -Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions (CI/CD), monitoring & observability (App Insights, Prometheus).
AI & LLMs -Python AI workflows, LLM APIs, Agentic AI concepts, LangChain.
Frontend Engineering -React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap, Material UI.
Required Experience
7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead capacity.
Strong experience designing and delivering scalable, secure, cloud-native applications.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, cloud, QA).
Hands-on experience integrating AI, LLMs, and automation into production systems.
Excellent problem-solving, architecture review, and technical decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise SaaS, digital platforms, or distributed systems.
Familiarity with architectural frameworks and documentation (C4 model, sequence diagrams, etc.).
Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments, sprint planning, and story refinement.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
