This position requires an experienced Benefits Project administrator with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Specific duties:
Responsible for supporting the day to day operation of EMEA pension and benefit plans and
Managing documentation of all benefits plans and pensions throughout EMEA, including associated contracts, to ensure accuracy and compliance
Providing support for annual enrolment processes in EMEA locations including communications and coordinating benefits fairs
Supporting the implementation of new EMEA benefit initiatives
Support review of intranet content for Benefit related topics for EMEA
Supporting vendor management and compliance activities relating to all EMEA benefit vendors via the Third Party Risk Management Program (TPRM)
Supporting periodic EMEA wide data reviews
Assist in the research and development of solutions
To be successful in this role, your profile should include:
Professional Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3 or more years’ experience in a/HR operations/benefits administration
HR/finance/accounting Degree preferred
Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to deliver high quality work and to work under pressure with attention to detail
Ability to interact with all levels of employees and management and handle confidential information in a professional manner
Pro-active work style with the ability to anticipate needs
Flexibility, “can do” attitude
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work in a dynamic business environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and customer service skills
Fluency in English, written and spoken required
Italian/German advantageous
Minimum Salary:
zł87,000 AnnualThe minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.
Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.
In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.
