Job Description
Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a General Manager 3, Food, to lead dining operations at Birmingham Green in Manassas, Virginia, near Front Royal. This 300‑resident assisted living and skilled nursing community features dining room service and tray service to room.The General Manager will be hands-on and oversee a team of one manager and approximately 30 hourly staff. Responsibilities include full oversight of daily food service operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, service standards, and a positive dining experience for residents. A dietary manager certification (CDM) is needed or must be willing to obtain.
