Job Description

The Client Account Representative serves as a key point of contact between Skillbridge Academy and our clients. This role focuses on building strong professional relationships, supporting client needs, ensuring exceptional service, and contributing to long-term client satisfaction and business growth.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering outstanding experiences while helping clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, and account support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide proactive solutions when needed.
  • Assist with account management activities, reporting, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client engagement and retention.
  • Maintain accurate client records and account information.
  • Support onboarding processes and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Contribute to team objectives and organizational growth initiatives.
