Sr Attorney

As a Sr Attorney you will be responsible for managing legal aspects for broad range of commercial transactions including university collaboration, technical collaborations, licensing agreements, supply agreements - out-sourcing of services and works, non-disclosure agreements, consultancy agreements, etc. You will report directly to our General Counsel, and you’ll work out of our Bangalore location on a Hybrid work schedule.
