Job Overview
Commercial Executive handles and supports the team for all sales and administrative matters and ensures smooth coordination of work.
Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Operational Aspects:
- Sales order processing
- Update open orders status in SAP on monthly basis.
- Payment follow-ups
- Demo units movement support
- Spares shipment support
- Installation co-ordination
- Extend support to Marketing team – Raise PO through Ariba for marketing events
- Maintenance of records of dispatch of demo materials.
- Negotiation with transporter/H.O./warehouse for movement of goods.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in Commerce / Management
- Should have good knowledge in MS excel.
- Should be able to work in set deadlines and have ability to work under pressure.
- IT skills.
- Good in Task & activities management
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- A good understanding of computer systems.
- Ability to identify and prevent workflow obstructions.
- Keen in monitoring, reviewing, and completing activities according to previously defined priorities and SOP’s.
- Effective communications within all working relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
