Trivandi is supporting the development of the Operations function for Expo 2030 Riyadh, working alongside key stakeholders to help shape the operational foundations of the event.
Our focus is on ensuring the masterplan and programme are operationally deliverable — translating design into reality through validated space requirements, integrated operating models, and functional planning.
Given the scale, complexity, and pace of the project, we are looking to engage experienced SMEs with prior World Expo experience to provide targeted advisory support.

- Test and challenge planning assumptions
- Validate operational requirements and spatial allocations
- Provide practical, experience-led insight to shape solutions
- Ensure alignment with real-world event delivery
Key Responsibilities & Outputs
Key Responsibilities
- Review logistics zoning (yards, consolidation centres, routing)
- Validate goods flow, waste management, and servicing strategies
- Test assumptions on peak demand and delivery restrictions
- Ensure separation of public vs operational flows
- Challenge efficiency of logistics consolidation (noted in DMP refinements)

- BOH logistics space requirements
- FAOP input (Logistics)
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Senior Logistics leader with World Expo / major event experience
- Strong experience in integrated event logistic operations
