Job Description

As a Client Executive in Marsh Corporate in Oslo, you will be a key advisor to our international clients with a special focus on pension and benefits in the mid-market segment.

You will help them navigate complex pensions, people risk and insurance matters, lead strategic client dialogues, and coordinate Marsh’s full expertise to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders on the client side and with colleagues and specialists across Marsh to create long-term, value-adding relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with relevant and proactive advice pensions, benefits and insurance.
  • Conduct strategic dialogues with key decision makers
  • Lead projects and act as the coordinating point of contact towards the client
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and proactively broaden Marsh’s services
  • Work closely with international teams to ensure exceptional customer service to our multinational client’s base.

What You Need To Have:

  • Experience from a similar client-facing role, preferably within pensions, insurance, risk or a related field
  • Preferably an academic degree in law, business economics, engineering, or another relevant discipline
  • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • A strong service mindset, enjoying both independent work and close collaboration with colleagues
  • High drive and results orientation, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
