Master Data Management Specialist

The LPL team is seeking an MDM Specialist to drive BOM readiness and seamless part releases for new product introductions and ETO projects. You will act as a vital liaison between Procurement, BOM Specialists, and Design teams to ensure material availability and data accuracy across CPQ, Oracle Fusion, and EBS.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead part extensions and coordinate BOM releases across facilities.

Troubleshoot supply chain issues with global teams to ensure orderability.

Manage NPI/ETO impacts and resolve data discrepancies.

Track metrics related to release timelines and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology.

5–7 years of professional experience, with 3–5 in electro-mechanical manufacturing.

Expertise in complex BOM structures and ERP systems.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and regional transfers.

Ability to travel up to 30%.
