All about the role

  • Be the focal point for our B2B clients

  • Manage the onboarding/training of new clients

  • Ongoing user management

  • Identify opportunities for growth and drive for execution

  • Proactively manage client retention, mitigate churn risks, and drive upsell opportunities

  • Act as a trusted advisor for any issue/matter

  • Build strong customer relationships

  • Always strive to provide exceptional customer experience

  • Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction

Can you deliver...

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service / success roles

  • Previous experience with account management, customer growth, and retention processes

  • A strong commercial mindset with a sales and retention-oriented approach

  • High level of responsibility, organizational & performance abilities

  • A fast learner with the ability to work independently

  • Customer support and satisfaction orientation

  • A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments
