PAY RANGE:

$20.79 - $30.56

UNION:

SEIU 1199-Service and Dietary

SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS:

Weekend & Holiday Shifts: Yes

Shift Differentials:

  • Evening - $3.00/hour

  • Night  - $5.00/hour

  • Weekend - $4.50/hour

Premiums:

  • Per Diem - 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits)

  • Lead - $3.25/hour

  • On-Call - $3.00/hour

  • Preceptor - $1.50/hour

  • Trainer - $1.50/hour

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description

The Environmental Services Worker works to ensure the safety, health and morale of patients, visitors and employees by cleaning and servicing OMC buildings and facilities and providing a clean, attractive and safe environment.

EDUCATION

  • High school diploma/equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • One year of previous industrial/hospital housekeeping experience preferred.

LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS

None. 

        When assigned off-site clinic cleaning duties:

  • Valid Washington State driver’s license required.

  • Driving record in compliance with OMC standards in effect or as may be amended, required (see HR Policy 3.12 Driving for OMC Business).
