The role
As an IT Support at Shalion, you are expected to:
Provide support with hardware for equipment, meeting rooms, and network hardware.
Provide support with Windows and MacOS software (user support).
Create and maintain an updated inventory of company assets locally.
Provide support with Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and other tools used by the company.
Support tasks for ISO 27001 and EU AI Act compliance, involving security and personnel training.
Manage IT equipment policies and general IT administration.
Office network management (including configuration of the second line, the business one).
Support and manage other offices/business tools, and software.
Identify and propose areas to maximize user experience and productivity in the working environment
Your profile should include the following:
Experience with Microsoft Admin console and Google Workspace.
Single sign-on integrations
Domain creation and management
Technical documentation in our wiki in Notion
English proficiency (as multiple employees in the company are international).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently prioritize and execute tasks
Ideally, you will also have:
Basic experience with cloud providers (AWS)
Basic experience with IaC
