Sr. Structural Engineer - Highway/Road Infrastructure (Tarlac)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and execution of structural works for our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, quality, and compliance while delivering cost-effective engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee structural design, analysis, and calculations for assigned projects
• Review and approve structural drawings, plans, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and project teams
• Conduct site inspections and monitor structural works progress
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Identify risks and recommend efficient and safe structural solutions
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Prepare and submit engineering reports and technical documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC required)
• At least 10 years of experience as a Structural Engineer
• Proven experience in structural design and project execution
• Strong knowledge of structural codes, standards, and best practices
• Proficient in software such as ETABS, STAAD, SAP2000, SAFE, or similar
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, road, or highway projects
• Background in consultancy or construction firms
• Exposure to international engineering standards
