Position Description and Purpose:

Key Essential Functions/Duties:
- Safely unload bulk materials.
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
- Inspect incoming materials for quality, temperature, and contamination risks.
- Accurately record receiving data in inventory management systems.
- Tag and label received materials according to company protocols.
- Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to the appropriate departments.
- Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of receiving areas and equipment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and procurement teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and warehouse operations.
