This role is responsible for driving the end-to-end growth strategy of digital credit products, combining data, product, technology, and customer experience to accelerate scalable and sustainable business outcomes. You will operate across the full customer journey, identifying opportunities in acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue expansion within a highly dynamic fintech environment. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate insights into structured, high-impact experiments and initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, UX, technology, legal, and business stakeholders to turn hypotheses into measurable results. A key focus will be optimizing digital credit journeys, improving funnel efficiency, and strengthening origination channels. This is a strategic and execution-driven role where ownership, data discipline, and experimentation directly shape business performance.
