Business Systems Analyst
**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will: - Understand business objectives and problems, identifying alternative solutions. - Perform studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. - Analyze user procedures and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems. - Collaborate with personnel from various organizational units to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output, including data input forms, data summarization methods, and report formats. - Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps to develop or modify computer programs. - Review computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine the feasibility of program changes within the existing system. ** :** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in system analysis and design. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. **Additional Information:** - US Citizenship.
