What You’ll Do As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you are the heartbeat of the site. You will act as the Cleaning Lead, overseeing general cleaning tasks like pulling trash, dusting, and vacuuming. Beyond cleaning, you will serve as a Custodian Supervisor by coordinating with employees to complete special tasks and assisting the Manager to ensure the building meets our high standards of excellence. What You Bring To The Team 1-3 years of experience in cleaning or leadership roles. A "lead by example" attitude—willing to jump in and clean alongside your team. The physical ability to lift 35 lbs repetitively and stay active on your feet. Strong communication skills to coordinate tasks effectively.
