Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize user experiences while ensuring robust backend functionality. You will leverage innovative technologies to deliver solutions that enhance client services, all while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach to problem-solving. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. - Collaborate with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Experience with backend frameworks such as ASP.NET or Node.js. - Familiarity with database management systems like SQL Server or MongoDB. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
