Individuals with a strong work ethic and personal accountability will do well in this role, responsible for a variety of tasks involved in the manufacture of drilling bits and downhole equipment, such as preparing materials for machining, molding, welding, setting up, operating, or tending one or more cutting or forming machine tools.
