Sales & Administration Associate

Company Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Administration Associate based in Mexico to support primarily our US operations, while also collaborating with global teams on selected administrative and finance-related activities.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of English proficiency, as daily interaction with US-based teams and stakeholders will be part of the role.


Role Responsibilities

  • Support administrative and operational processes related to US business activities

  • Assist Sales and Finance teams with project setup, documentation management, and client onboarding processes

  • Maintain and organize project and client documentation across internal systems

  • Support invoicing processes, including timesheet validation and client follow-up

  • Assist with customer communication regarding administrative or billing-related topics

  • Help maintain reporting files and operational KPIs

  • Coordinate with different global teams to ensure process compliance and timely execution of activities

  • Support internal controls and administrative procedures

  • Maintain strong communication with consultants, project managers, finance teams, and business leaders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields

  • 2–4 years of experience in administrative, billing, finance support, sales operations, or similar roles

  • Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are mandatory

  • Spanish proficiency is a plus

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment

  • Comfortable working under deadlines and managing multiple priorities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills preferred

  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus (SAP knowledge highly valued)
