The Opportunity

We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals for Commis Chef roles to assist with the execution of Culinary Director Massimo Mele's menu which gives Italian cuisine a local Tasmanian twist. The menu has a produce driven philosophy – simple, uncomplicated and seasonally changing, using quality ingredients where the local produce is hero.
