RN-Geropsy-S (Full-time, Night shift)

Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all stakeholders   Primary Responsibilities: include the following but not limited to: · Manages and coordinates the care of patients in a defined care delivery model, utilizing the nursing process, which includes assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patients with primarily Psychiatric illness.
