Recycling Operations Regional General Manager

The Recycling Operations Regional General Manager (RORGM) reports directly to the Recycling Operations Director and is responsible for the operational and managerial performance of the region (and each of its various locations) to reach optimal business potential. The RORGM ensures that all efforts are compliant with the company’s Environmental Health & Safety regulations. The RORGM will work with all General Managers and the individual Recycling Operations Facility Managers to ensure that each location operates in full compliance with all regulatory, safety and environmental guidelines as required by the Company or pertinent governmental agencies. The incumbent manages staffing levels, equipment needs and the overall condition of company assets for all the region’s facilities.
