Production Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Operator in our Newark, Delaware facility. This role is a hands-on production position in fast-paced, high volume manufacturing cell. Key responsibilities include pouring molds, de-molding products, cleaning and assembling molds, assisting with the layup and breakdown of furnace loads, sand blasting and preparing product for shipment. This is a full-time position that alternates weekly between 3x12(Monday - Wednesday, 5 am - 5pm; Paid for 40 hours) and 4x12 (Monday - Thursday, 5am - 5pm; 8 hours OT) schedules.
