Job Description
• Industry Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years of active, hands-on experience as a makeup artist, beauty therapist, or beauty consultant is often expected. • Sales and Retail: Prior experience in retail and sales is crucial, as the role often involves promoting and selling products, monitoring sales metrics, and achieving targets. • Training/Coaching Experience: Previous experience in teaching, coaching, or mentoring other staff members is a significant advantage, particularly for senior trainer roles. • Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing your makeup artistry, application techniques, and before-and-after results is highly beneficial. • Certifications: Certification in Make-up application will be preferred.
