You’ll manage the daily operations of the retail store, focusing on driving sales growth and keeping inventory on track Safety and excellent customer service are top priorities you’ll demonstrate every day Leading the Inside Sales team, Warehouse staff, and Drivers means recruiting, training, and supporting their development You’ll keep an eye on the annual budget and create sales and operating strategies that push growth forward Managing the truck fleet is part of your role, making sure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards Coordinating regular maintenance and handling any breakdowns keeps the fleet running smoothly and compliant Being familiar with Transportation of Dangerous Goods regulations and assisting with PeopleNet, onboard computers, and driver handheld devices will be important You’ll organize order scheduling and delivery routes daily to ensure timely service Making sure all safety guidelines are followed and upheld according to company policies is key to your success
