
People Transformation Partner
Job Description
SUMMARY
The People Transformation Partner plays a key role in supporting organizational change initiatives, enhancing internal communications, and improving the overall leader and employee experience. This role partners with HR and key stake holders to drive effective adoption of change, strengthen communication strategies, and reinforce organizational culture. This position is designed for a high-potential individual interested in developing broad expertise across change management, leader & employee communications, and experience design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leader/Employee Experience – 50%
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing key moments across the employee lifecycle
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, communication effectiveness, and overall leader & employee experience
- Partner with HR team members to align programs with desired cultural and behavioral/performance outcomes
- Analyze employee feedback (surveys, focus groups, and other listening tools) to identify trends and opportunities
- Support the development of actionable recommendations based on insights
- Measure effectiveness of communication and change initiatives and recommend improvements
Change Management - 20%
- Support the planning and execution of organizational change initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to improve change readiness, adoption, and sustainability
- Identify potential resistance points and recommend mitigation strategies
- Assist in equipping leaders with tools and guidance to lead change effectively
Employee Communication – 20%
- Develop and support internal communication plans aligned with business and HR priorities
- Translate complex initiatives into clear, concise messaging for various audiences
- Develops leader communication skills, including talking points, presentations, and messaging frameworks
- Contribute to communication channels and ensure consistency in messaging
Stakeholder Engagement 10%
- Build effective working relationships with HR partners and business leaders
- Provide support and input on initiatives related to culture, engagement, and transformation
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development, Change Management or related field
- 7+ years of relevant experience in HR, communications, organizational development, or change management or related areas
- Experience supporting change initiatives, communication strategies, or employee engagement efforts preferred
- Requires state issued driver’s license, personal transportation, good driving record and auto insurance as required by law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable messaging
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Experience working in cross-functional or matrixed environments
- Ohio Based
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR or similar)
- Experience with employee engagement surveys or listening tools
- Background in internal communications or employee experience initiatives
Computer Skills
- Must be computer proficient and possess experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must be able to quickly learn specific software and new applications.
Mathematical/Financial Skills
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Able to analyze data and statistics and draw reasonable conclusions and compile accurate reports.
Language Skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret regulations and other documents.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and tactfully present information to, and communicate with, co-workers, employees, and others.
- Possess exceptional English written and verbal communication skills, including accurate grammar and business correspondence knowledge.
- Ability to read and write memos, reports, and correspondence that conform to prescribed style and format.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting, or clinical setting, and use standard office equipment, including a computer, and medical equipment; vision to assess emergency situations, including medical incidents and to read printed materials and a computer screen; and hearing and speech to communicate in person, before groups, and over the telephone. Depending on assignment, standing in work areas and walking between work areas may be required, and travel to visit various cultural, physical, behavioral and environmental settings may be required. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard, typewriter keyboard, or calculator and to operate standard office and medical equipment. Positions in this classification occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull drawers open and closed. Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals on a case-by-case basis.
Employees primarily work in an office environment with moderate noise levels and fluctuating indoor temperatures. Employees may work outdoors and are occasionally exposed to loud noise levels and cold and/or hot temperatures. Incumbents may be exposed to blood and body fluids while working in a Center. Employees may interact with members of the public or with staff under emotionally stressful conditions while interpreting and enforcing departmental policies and procedures.
May require working under stressful conditions with pressure to meet scheduled deadlines. There may be distractions such as phone calls, work interruptions, and communication from co-workers and participants with the need to respond and intervene appropriately to multiple interruptions.

Compensation Range
$90,600.00 - $113,300.00Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
