Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Market Data Management & Optimization: Manage, maintain, and optimize various Go-To-Market databases for the Hair Care product line, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency to enhance overall analysis efficiency and quality.
  • Channel Analysis & Growth Insights: Collaborate closely with the business team to conduct in-depth multi-channel sales data analysis. Identify market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and sales performance drivers to provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations for business growth opportunities.
  • Analytical Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain key business indicator dashboards and regular reports. Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) to clearly present analytical findings, assisting the business team in understanding market dynamics and making data-driven decisions.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Highly skilled in data processing and analysis tools, especially Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, VBA) and Power BI (including data modeling, DAX functions, report design), with the ability to build complex data models and visualize dashboards.
  • Communication Skills: Good Communication skill. Enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of analytical findings and recommendations.
  • Additional Assets: Fast learner, adaptable to a rapidly changing market environment; positive attitude towards problem-solving and strong team collaboration spirit.
