KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责
100%完成公司分配的区域销售指标,保证健康正增长.
100% achieve the sales target assigned by the company to ensure positive and sustainable growth.
共同领导和制定年度计划,以推动产品在渠道的销售、毛利率和品牌目标,包括销售计划、活动和促销的执行细节.
Co-lead and develop annual goals to drive selling performance, gross margin and brand objectives in the channel, including execution details of sales goal and promotions.
维护和开发线上分销渠道,建立良好的客情关系,具备基础销售能力和线上运营知识,提升品牌地位,对分销销售目标负责.
Develop annual plan long-term strategy of platform (Sale in/thru/out target, promotion, budget, customer experiences improvement).
线上分销渠道管理(产品侵权,打假,控价,上新等),分销客户做好动销工作.
Maintain and develop online distribution channels, build good customer partnership, good capability in selling skill and online operation knowledge, enhance branding image and be responsible for distribution sales target.
分销商的跟踪回访,协助客户分析店铺销售情况,及时沟通产品库存进度,上新进度等情况帮助客户提升销量.
Distributors performance review and analyze store sales regularly, timely communication of product inventory progress, the progress of the new to help customers to meet sales target.
建立并培养与主要客户的合作伙伴关系并制定联合业务计划.
Provide reasonable merchandising/ marketing/ promotion/ product optimization suggestions through market data and insights.
利用现有数据和洞察力,为客户提供合理的商品/营销/促销/产品优化建议.
Achieve sustainable e-Commence business growth thru the winning strategy, capable account portfolio, effective cross-functional collaboration.
确保所有行动都符合并遵循国家和公司的政策和标准,同时保持专业标准和业绩.
Make sure all the actions are compliance and follow embecta policies and standard while maintaining professional standards and performance.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES技能和能力
本科及以上学历. Bachelor and above.
医疗行业电商业务的管理运营经验.
Strong experience in eCommerce operation in healthcare business.
数据敏感,能从数据中发现销量上量的问题与机会点并推动落地.
Data-driven, could identify sales volume increase issues and key points from data and drive them to the ground.
