Emergencies - be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect our guests and employees, and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency. To act as quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status. Inform Engineering Management of any such emergencies.
Detecting faulty parts and replacing them as part of repair and maintenance works.
Organise, plan and follow-up precautionary or corrective maintenance works.
Diagnose installation malfunctions and repair broken parts.
Replace or repair faulty components or parts.
Perform corrections or repairs.
Install and maintain cooling systems.
Identify defective or broken-down parts and repair or replace them.
Perform preparatory tests for the operation of electrical installation or equipment.
Work on white goods such as dishwasher, oven, hot plate, fridge, freezer and small electric appliances.
Carry out technical work: wire electrical boxes.
Carry out plumbing work.
Carry out technical work: replace printed circuit boards.
Accident prevention and safety.
Comply with all Kempinski company policies.
EDUCATION: Certificate in a trade of building
EXPERIENCE: To fill the position the following is required: Very good knowledge of building equipment: heating, ventilation, plumbing, electricity, automatic operation
Experience in the maintenance of buildings and facilities HVACR
LANGUAGE: Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:
Local language – preferred
English – excellent oral and written skills
COMPETENCIES: Include the skills the candidate must have to fill this position:
Faculty of analysis, evaluation and decision making in the day-to-day business and in the case of emergency
