Join the award-winning team at Grapeseed Spa, located within South Coast Winery Resort & Spa. We are seeking a professional, guest-focused Female Spa Attendant who is passionate about hospitality, wellness, and creating exceptional spa experiences for our guests.
Position Summary
Position Summary
The Female Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience within the female locker room and spa facilities. This role plays an important part in ensuring a tranquil, welcoming, and luxurious environment for all spa guests.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assign lockers and welcome spa guests upon arrival
- Escort guests to the tranquility lounge and provide spa tours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout locker rooms, lounges, and fitness areas
- Remove and replenish linens and spa amenities
- Deliver food and beverage service to guests
- Monitor and document Jacuzzi temperatures
- Assist with opening and closing spa duties
- Promote current spa services, promotions, and offerings
- Provide exceptional guest service in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous spa or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
