Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support to assigned business units while acting as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders. This role leads intake, sourcing, screening, and offer execution, ensuring an efficient, compliant hiring process and a strong candidate experience. The TAP partners closely with hiring managers and HR to meet workforce needs through proactive pipeline development, market insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities and Expectations
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Hiring Managers
- Lead intake discussions to define role needs, success profiles, and hiring strategy
- Build recruiting plans aligned to business priorities and market conditions
Act as a Strategic Advisor
- Provide insight on talent market trends and hiring expectations
- Identify gaps and recommend solutions (pipeline, calibration, timing)
Own Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage requisitions in Paycor from posting to offer
- Drive sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer delivery
Build Talent Pipelines
- Source active and passive candidates across channels
- Maintain pipelines for critical roles to reduce time-to-fill
Deliver Strong Candidate Experience
- Ensure clear communication and timely feedback
- Represent and strengthen the employer brand
Enable Effective Hiring Decisions
- Facilitate structured, fair, and compliant interviews
- Partner with managers on consistent candidate evaluation
Manage Stakeholders
- Provide updates on pipeline health and progress
- Influence decisions with data and market insights
Use Data to Improve Results
- Track key metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates)
- Adjust strategies to improve efficiency
Ensure Compliance
- Follow employment laws and internal policies
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
Drive Continuous Improvement
- Enhance recruiting processes, tools, and experience
- Support broader TA and HR initiatives
Required Skills & Education
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- Agency Staffing/Recruiting or related HR experience
- Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with personal computers in a networked environment and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar software
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
- Must be analytical, detail oriented and organized
- Customer-centric
Preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Banking/financial services industry experience
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
- 3-5-years staffing/recruiting or related HR experience
