Job Description
The role is a very dynmaic role, acting as sergeant at arms for internal and external commuinaction within the customer experience and customer service team within the region of Egypt and Australia and New Zealand
Manage and create permission for and enablement for CSR and internal team memebers, you will be responible for service defects, credentails management , as a team memeber you will be participating in our local and global initiatives
You have to gain knownledge and then mastery for our tools and portals
