We are looking for a Business Mobility Coordinator to support the compliant mobilization of employees to project sites worldwide. In this role, you will be a key link between projects, corporate functions, and employees—providing expert guidance on mobility- and compliance-related requirements for international assignments. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role well suited for someone who enjoys working in an international, fast-paced project environment and who values structure, collaboration, and continuous learning.
As a Business Mobility Coordinator, you will provide guidance and coordination related to national, country-specific, and project-specific rules that affect employee deployment and site assignments. Your scope primarily covers assignments up to 30 days, while also supporting longer assignments in close collaboration with internal partners. You act as a bridge between corporate functions and project execution, contributing to global consistency while adapting to local conditions and project needs.
How you'll make an impact:
Raise awareness of mobility, compliance, and site-specific requirements connected to employee deployment.
Provide guidance on tax, immigration, and related compliance topics for international assignments.
Support project teams and employees in understanding mobilization requirements and internal processes.
Coordinate required documentation, such as training records, medical certificates, and compliance-related reporting.
Work in line with approved processes, guidelines, and compliance frameworks.
Participate in project startup and staffing calls, providing mobility-related input during planning.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external & internal regulations, procedures & guidelines.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Proven experience in mobilization of personnel, including planning, coordination, and management of international assignments, is considered an advantage.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
Structured, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving project context & Eager to learn and adapt to changing requirements.
Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
