Hill International is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Engineer to support the development and expansion of a major offshore oil and gas complex in Libya. The position will be based in Assago, and the successful candidate must hold the right to work in Italy. As a Telecom Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, specification, integration, and support of telecommunications systems essential for operational efficiency, safety, and emergency response across offshore facilities. You will work in close coordination with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure that all telecom systems meet technical, functional, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
