- Lead and manage a centralized team of paralegals, delivering consistent, scalable, and high-quality legal support across multiple practice areas.
- Oversee workload allocation, service levels, and quality of work product, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with legal and business objectives.
- Serve as the primary coordination point for paralegal support across the legal function, partnering closely with attorneys and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Legal Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to optimize tools, processes, and adoption of new systems and workflows.
- Drive operational excellence through process improvement, data discipline, and building high-performing teams in a shared services environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification or equivalent experience preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant paralegal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a corporate or public company environment.
- Deep knowledge of corporate paralegal functions, including governance, entity management, contract lifecycle support, and compliance documentation.
- Proven ability to lead teams, optimize operations, and manage service delivery in a shared services or matrixed environment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with a focus on accuracy, process discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Experience implementing or optimizing legal tools and document management systems.
- Track record of driving process improvements and operational transformation within legal or shared services teams.
- Experience supporting global teams and collaborating cross-functionally in a large organization.
