Qualifications:

• Licensed Physician in the state of ­­­­­­­­­­Indiana
• Active Dea-X waiver
• Advanced knowledge and clinical skills through and appropriate educational program
• Ability to work hours to meet the needs of our clients
• Experience in addiction treatment preferred
