Your Role:
As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while creating an exceptional buying experience from the first conversation through delivery. You'll build lasting relationships, grow your client base through networking and referrals, and become a trusted automotive advisor for your customers.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Prospect for new customers through networking, follow-up, community involvement, and digital lead opportunities
- Respond promptly to phone, email, text, and online vehicle inquiries
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Guide customers through the purchase process while maintaining dealership profitability
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers
- Stay current on Toyota products, technology, incentives, financing options, and competitive vehicles
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives
- Accurately maintain customer information and sales activities within dealership systems
- Follow all dealership policies, processes, and ethical sales practices

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
