This role manages day‑to‑day partnerships across a defined portfolio of schools, groups, districts and/or school systems to support effective IB programme implementation, portfolio health and sustainable growth.
Background and context: The International Baccalaureate (IB) develops lifelong learners who thrive and make a difference. The Community Partnerships & Development (CP&D) Manager contributes to the successful adoption, delivery and development of IB programmes by managing stakeholder engagement, coordinating implementation support, and using portfolio insight to improve partner outcomes. The role works within regional and country strategies, collaborating with Senior Managers, Country Heads, and cross-functional teams to deliver front-line support and contribute to regional priorities and continuous improvement.
