Overview

Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a high-performing Treatment Coordinator (TC) to join our South Gate team! This is a fast-paced, high-volume office operating Monday through Saturday, and we’re looking for someone who can bring energy, confidence, and results from day one.

This opportunity is ideal for a Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a busy environment, excels at patient communication, and has a proven ability to convert treatment into scheduled and accepted care.

  • Monday through Saturday
  • One weekday off

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator in a dental setting
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of high case acceptance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust with patients
  • Energetic, bubbly personality that creates a welcoming patient experience
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume office
  • Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance breakdowns, and financing options
  • Comfortable discussing larger treatment plans and overcoming patient objections

Qualifications

  • Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently
  • Drive case acceptance and help patients commit to needed care
  • Verify insurance and review financial options with patients
  • Coordinate scheduling to maximize production and provider efficiency
  • Maintain strong follow-up systems for pending treatment
  • Partner closely with doctors and front office staff to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a must

Compensation

$20.00-$23.00
