RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including plans, reports, procedures, guides, and troubleshooting documentation. - Support the development and update of Systems Administration and Troubleshooting Guides (SAMTGs) and other technical documentation for supported service areas including: - Unix/Linux - VMware - Backup and Archiving - Messaging - Network Management - Assist with development and formatting of the Transition-In Plan, Transition-Out Plan, Project Management Plan, Periodic Status Reports, and...
