- Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assets.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and compliance with bank policies.
- Cross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagement.
- Inform clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationships.
- Plan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement events.
- Collaborate with group companies to offer integrated financial solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship history.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT).
