1. Recruitment duties- 30%
• To work on various middle level and senior level hiring.
• To screen candidates and have a discussion with them about the roles and responsibilities.
• Align candidates for interviews and keep a good follow up with them Pre and Post interview rounds.
• To have salary and notice period discussions and negotiations with the candidate.
• Work on various Job Portals and Other Job sites to hire.
• Candidate should have a zeal to learn and perform under pressure.
• Candidate should be willing to think out of the box to get results.
• Candidate should have a basic idea of terms used in Recruitment.
• Candidate should balance between Hard and Smart Work.
2. Recruitment Planning - 30%
• Develop sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
3. Scheduling - 20%
• Schedule job interviews at the most critical times
• Tracking candidates and follow-ups, Processing CV's, Updating/Maintaining Internal database.
• Organizing interviews for candidates with the client, as requested.
• Conduct resume screening, 1st round interview presentation and results assessment, update corresponding recruiting records according to relevant standards with a high quality and efficiency. Effectively articulate the RSP Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and promote the organization to engage candidates.
4. Reports - 20%
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board /colleges etc.
• Maintain and update recruiting marketing data/reports accurately and timely, provide recommendations/suggestion to help the department to make appropriate decisions.
